1. Tea Tree Oil – According to a study published in ‘Journal of Dermatology’, 5% tea tree oil may help to treat the mild acne. If you are facing acne problem wash and clean the affected areas of your skin and apply tea tree oil before sleeping. 

2. Food Supplements – Scientists have found that people who consume vitamin A, E and Zink may have a lower risk of severe acne. There are few food supplements as – Nonacne who can decrease the risk of severe acne and increase the chances to cure acne with in 60 days. 

3. Green Tea – Using green tea may be beneficial to reducing the sebum (oily substance in skin pores) and treating acne. There are some evidence that polyphenols found in green tea can also help to prevent severe acne.

4. Moisturizer – People who are using acne treatment can use moisturizers to soothe the skin. Use moisturizers containing aloe-vera (it’s anti-inflammatory) and natural tea tree extracts may be more beneficial.
