The Fastest Way to Acne Treatment During This Less Polluted Covid-19 Pandemic Season

Acne is the most common inflammatory skin disorder that causes spots and pimples, especially on face. At least 86% of the people experience acne problem in their young age between 15-26. Blackheads, Pimples, Whiteheads, Nodules and Cysts are all the different type of acne. Acne is not a dangerous problem, but it can leave scars on the skin.  What Medical Science Says About Acne? Acne affects our skin’s oil glands who produce oil and hair follicles, these oil glands are stimulated by adrenal gland’s hormones in both females and males during puberty. This produced oil (under our skin oil glands) carries dead skin cells to the surface of the skin. In some conditions these oily substance (called sebum) and skin cells clump together and causes swelling, when this starts to breakdown a pimple grows. Outside bacteria and pollution help it to spread it on other non-affected areas. Some Facts About Acne  Acne is most common skin disorder, but doctors don’t know what is...

Face Wash - How to Properly Choose Your Face Wash?

There are as many face washes available in market for all type of skins: some make you happy, and others tear. Here we'll discuss about - how to choose the right face wash for your skin? For healthy skin and above all, the important thing is to clean! But with what? Here are some tips for choosing your face wash.

Clean Your Face with a Face Wash

First of all, a face wash is used after removing make-up. You can also use it in the morning if your skin can withstand two foaming passages. In any case, it must be chosen according to two things: your skin type and especially the action you are looking for. Finally, there is no question of abandoning purely personal criteria such as smell, texture, color, etc… even if everything is often linked.

Face Washes for Strong Skin

These are the most common face washes: simple gels that foam with water and washes the face. We find absolutely at all prices, all functions. Very often they are suitable for normal, combination, and oily skin, as they are the most "cleansing" face washes.

Anti-acne version, they can be downright abrasive and burn the skin: even in case of big pimples and very oily skin, for pity, we avoid these things.

There are very good face washes for problem skin that are not enriched with menthol however.

Gel cleansers are therefore perfectly suited to those who like strong cleanings, which leave the skin soft and well refreshed. Dry skins or skins that do not support foaming products should go elsewhere.

Face Washes for Ultra-Sensitive and Dry Skin

Category apart, some face washes are formulated for skins that normally do not support water. They practically do not foam (so not worth putting 3 tons of them) and are designed not to dry the skin.

Unfortunately, this is a bit of the ultimate step to test before abdicating for water cleanings (some do not stand the water on the face at all, and in this case the only solution is to stop the tap water).

Face Wash with Cleaning foams

Here I am talking about the foams that are found in the pump, and that by the magic of technology are first liquid in the bottle and then become foam in the hand (it is the pump that does everything). We'll see the foam creams later.

They are extremely gentle with the skin, and can be used regardless of the type of skin. Very pleasant to use, they are less stripping than gels but wash perfectly.

Be careful however, many foams are not suitable for cleaning the eyes.

Face Wash with Foaming Creams

In USA, more and more foaming creams are used and it's nice. Much softer than gels, they wash just as well and are better tolerated by sensitive skin.

Only Downside: Many of them have a little soap in their formula, if you can't stand it at all this is a bad plan. For problem skin that needs softness, foaming creams are really perfect.

If you do not understand how it works, here is the small explanation: the foaming cream comes first in the form of a thick enough cream to put in the palm of your hand. When emulsified with water, it forms a very soft and compact foam.

Often, they are stamped "Cleansing Foam". To get there: in tube, it is a foaming cream but in pump bottle, it is a foam!

Non-Foaming Face Wash

If it is preferred to use a neutrogena non foaming face wash (effective in case of dermatological problems, for example, or when the skin does not support foaming chemicals), it is preferably chosen in para-pharmacy.

No need to teach you that no, you do not clean your face with a soap: it removes its sebum, it leaves residues and in the long term it dries the skin.

Face Wash with Cleansing Lotion

For skins on which foam wreaks havoc, some lotions are designed to clean without forming foam, and therefore are less aggressive.

The best clue to know if a product is foaming or not, is to look for sulfates in the list of ingredients of the product (which are there to make foaming): if you do not find sodium laureth / lauryl sulfate, it's good!

Face Wash for Intolerant Skin

To my knowledge, two products are effective and should be rinsed with thermal water (a pschitt on the face and then dab with a towel) if used every day.

If it is very punctually it is possible to do without it, but in daily use it is better not to leave cleansing agents on its skin. That's what to have the cool clean and do a gentle but effective cleaning!

8 Tips for a Healthy and Shining Skin

Tip 1: Drink Water Water has long been considered as the most efficient natural treatment or an almost free treatment for any skin condition because of its being alkaline, with pH 7.3.  It prevents dehydration which is capable of producing sebum or oil from the sebaceous glands.  Your skin needs water in order for it to function best, thus doctors and nutritionists suggest that a daily intake of between 6 to 8 glasses of water per day is highly needed. Tip 2: Watch Your Diet Nutrition plays a vital role in skin health too.  Specific foods such as those acidic foods and dairy products are said to be effective in causing an allergic reaction in some people.  Also, one of the widely debated topics in the area of nutrition today is chocolates.   Some say that chocolate does affect the condition of the skin, while others say it doesn’t.  Whatever the result may be, the best advice is just to follow a nutritious diet that has a number of fresh fruits and gre...
